  1. Take 1 whole chicken
  2. Get oil for deep frying
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp mixed spices

Steps to make Chicken Masala:
  1. Into a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.(mixed spices, chicken masala,ginger, cinamon,royco, food colour, greated carrot, and flour)
  2. Then add the broken eggs and mix.
  3. Then add vinegar, and milk
  4. Mix it well and you can add a little water to the to have a running consistency.
  5. Deep in the chicken in the paste and allow to marinate for 30 to one hour
  6. Heat the oil in medium heat for a few minutes till ready
  7. One by one deep in the chicken into the oil.
  8. Fry both sides till golden brown.
  9. Serve when hot with chips or rice or chapati.
