  1. GrinIn pan boil water add salt and food colour.mix it.allow it for boil for 2 min.now add noodles.cook well till noodles gets soft.after drain the excess water and add 1 TSP of oil to noodles and mix well and keep it aside
  2. In another pan heat oil add onion.saute it well.fry it for 5 min.keep it aside.and then add garlic.fry it for 5 min and keep it aside
  3. After add 1/2 cup of carrot and 1 cup of cabbage.cook it well and set it aside
  4. In tawa heat butter or oil add paneer cubes fry it well.and keep it aside.Grind roasted gram,red chilli and masala.
  5. In big bowl add noodles,after add cooked carrot and cabbage.add Fresh carrot,cabbage.add grounded masala,and then add onion,garlic.mix it well.check salt.
  6. Finally add paneer cubes and dry fruit powder.mix it gently.spicy and healthy paneer Attho is ready.serve it hot.
