Hello everybody, hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, crispy vada. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Crispy vada is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Crispy vada is something that I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook crispy vada using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Crispy vada:
  1. Make ready samak rice
  2. Prepare boiled potatoes
  3. Make ready Curry leaves
  4. Get green chillies
  5. Take Rock salt
  6. Take Coriander
Instructions to make Crispy vada:
  1. Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice and 2 cup water) and jeera and salt
  2. Take that cooked and cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes… Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta and coriander.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice)
  3. Mash properly with hands… Make tikkis… Flatten them and make hole in btw with finger..
  4. Fry them.. 2 by 2😝… On low flame… Enjoy with peanut m coriander chutney 😊
