  4. Turn on gas place pan add oil then add chopped onions and tomatoes and bay leaf, when golden brown add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala stir and add smashed vegetables.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and little water and salt.add some butter or ghee cooked some time. Turn off flame add coriander leaves.
