  3. Place them on the middle shelf of the oven and begin to bake. They should take 18-25 mins depending on the thickness of your fish fillets. As they are baking prepare your rice.
  4. Serve up the rice and greens then place the fish fillets over the top ensuring not to break it up too much. Pour over any sauce residue that's collected in the foil. Garnish with a tiny pinch of red chilli flakes, eat and enjoy! :)
