  3. Phir is ke baad is mein tomatoes add kary or achi tarha mixed kary sath mein green chillies or sary spices add kary without garam masala or mixed kary.
  4. Jub tomatoes achi tarha gal jaye to is mein dal add kary or namak dal kar achi tarha mixed kary or 2 cup pani dal kar cover kar ke aram sy pakny dy.
  5. Jub dal achi tarha pak jaye or gal jaye to is mein hara daniya add kary agr pani ki zarort ho to add kary warna cover kar ke thora or pakny dy.
  6. Jub 10 mint ho jaye to is mein garam masala add kary or dum par laga dy 5 mint ke liye.
  7. Phir jab 5 mint ho jaye to flame ko off kar dy or ak plate ma dal daly uper desi ghee daly or black pepper dal kar serve kar ke enjoy kry.
