Restaurant Style Noodles is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Restaurant Style Noodles is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook restaurant style noodles using 20 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Restaurant Style Noodles:
  1. Get 1 pkt noodles
  2. Take 1.5 ltr Water for boiling the noodles
  3. Prepare Salt as per taste
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  5. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder (optional)
  6. Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Get 7-8 tsp Oil
  8. Take 3-4 garlic cloves
  9. Get 1 tsp spring onion white part
  10. Prepare 1 big onion
  11. Prepare 1 small carrot
  12. Prepare 1 cup cabbage
  13. Get 1 small capsicum
  14. Make ready 3-4 tsp spring onion
  15. Prepare 1-2 green chili (slit)
  16. Prepare 1 tsp chili sauce (green)
  17. Get 1 tsp red chili sauce
  18. Get 1 tsp soya sauce
  19. Get 1 tsp tomato sauce
  20. Get 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make Restaurant Style Noodles:
  1. First boil the water add 2 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt. Once water started boiling add noodles.
  2. Don't press noodles to make them separate, wait for 2 min, they will become soft and will be separated. Cook noodles only 80%.
  3. When they are done, drain them to a colander rinse them well once with normal water.
  4. Spread noodles in big plate and just sprinkle 2 tsp oil and mix. (You can keep noodles like this for 4-5 hours also they will be non-sticky)
  5. Now cut all the vegetables, preferably length wise. Ref pic.
  6. Take a pan, pour 3-4 tsp oil, once oil is hot add green chili, garlic and white spring onion. Cook for 10-15 second. Then add onion, cabbage, carrot. Cook for 2 minute.
  7. Now add capsicum and add all sauces and vinegar & mix.
  8. Add lil salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and 80% cooked noodles and give nice toss so everything should get mix. Do these process on high flame.
  9. Sprinkle spring onion.. Enjoy your restaurant style noodles!!!
  10. Note - - 1. Mix noodles gently so that they should not break. - 2. Add salt carefully as while boiling noodles we added salt, and all sauces also have salt.
