Restaurant Style Noodles is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Restaurant Style Noodles is something that I’ve loved my whole life.
To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook restaurant style noodles using 20 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Restaurant Style Noodles:
Get 1 pkt noodles
Take 1.5 ltr Water for boiling the noodles
Prepare Salt as per taste
Make ready 1/4 tsp red chili powder
Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder (optional)
Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Get 7-8 tsp Oil
Take 3-4 garlic cloves
Get 1 tsp spring onion white part
Prepare 1 big onion
Prepare 1 small carrot
Prepare 1 cup cabbage
Get 1 small capsicum
Make ready 3-4 tsp spring onion
Prepare 1-2 green chili (slit)
Prepare 1 tsp chili sauce (green)
Get 1 tsp red chili sauce
Get 1 tsp soya sauce
Get 1 tsp tomato sauce
Get 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make Restaurant Style Noodles:
First boil the water add 2 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt. Once water started boiling add noodles.
Don't press noodles to make them separate, wait for 2 min, they will become soft and will be separated. Cook noodles only 80%.
When they are done, drain them to a colander rinse them well once with normal water.
Spread noodles in big plate and just sprinkle 2 tsp oil and mix. (You can keep noodles like this for 4-5 hours also they will be non-sticky)
Now cut all the vegetables, preferably length wise. Ref pic.
Take a pan, pour 3-4 tsp oil, once oil is hot add green chili, garlic and white spring onion. Cook for 10-15 second. Then add onion, cabbage, carrot. Cook for 2 minute.
Now add capsicum and add all sauces and vinegar & mix.
Add lil salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and 80% cooked noodles and give nice toss so everything should get mix. Do these process on high flame.
Sprinkle spring onion.. Enjoy your restaurant style noodles!!!
Note - - 1. Mix noodles gently so that they should not break. - 2. Add salt carefully as while boiling noodles we added salt, and all sauces also have salt.
