  4. Five min cook meat even remove smell and add three of tomatoes slice cutting and mix very well
  5. Add green chilli cook three min.add biryani masala three tablespoon ten min cook
  6. Mix two glass of water and medium flame cook 30 min
  7. After done biryani add hald cup dhania podina and let it cover for three min
  8. Sella rice boil keralin ek kani chohr dain boil kerte time loung two podina and green cardamom dal kar boil kerlain
  9. Rice done ho jain toh ek big degchi main first layer of tomato ki lagain is se biryani nahi lagti
  10. All biryani mererial dal dain aur ooper se podina hara dhania tomatoo cut kerke dal dain and ooper se full rice se cover kerdain halka sa oil spread kerdain biryani ky saalan ka and biryani essence or kewra water main orange food colour mox kerke spread kerdain..main is main banati hon 😊degh main😇
  11. Last main dum per rakh dain 15 min

Less ghee and tastes so good. Quantity of the food not enough for kid also. One of the server treating like theif.otherwise taste OK but not worth it of. Servers were friendly enough and we were asked how spicy we liked the food and we informed them very spicy. Unfortunately I could see chilli powder.
