  1. First roughly chop the dates add them to a mixer jar and grind well. Keep the mixture aside for now.
  2. Now in a Kadhai add poppy seeds and roast them for about 2-3 min on a low flame.
  3. Add the cashews, almonds and allow them to get roasted.
  4. On a low flame add the raisins (don’t let the raisins on flame for long as it can get burnt)
  5. Add the dates mixture and mix it well (Mix well until the dates are coated properly with the nuts)
  6. Take out the mixture in a bowl and keep it aside.
  7. Grease your hands with some oil and take some dates mixture in your hand. Roll it to a round shape to form a ladoo.
  8. Garnish with desiccated coconut or with some finely cut almonds and enjoy the healthy sugarfree sweet.

I could not believe the main ingredient was only dates. It is a sugarfree recipe and very healthy for diabetic people. This recipe can be made with any combination of nuts. You can also saute dates with nuts and grind all together. This recipe is very easy and healthy.
