Instructions to make Ram ladoo:
  1. Firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup moong dal and 1/4 cup chana dal for 4 hours.
  2. Now drain off the water and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the dal to the blender and add 1 inch ginger 2-3 green chilli and cumin.
  4. Blend to smooth paste adding water only if required.
  5. Transfer the batter to the large mixing bowl.
  6. Beat and mix well until the batter turns frothy.
  7. Now add pinch of hind and salt to taste.
  8. Now dip your hand in the water, and start dropping them one by one to hot oil.
  9. Keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally. also,fry the ram ladoo till they turn golden brown.
  10. Remove the ram ladoo on the plate.
  11. Now take a mixture jar and add chopped tomato, green chilli, garlic, coriander leaves, salt and blend to smooth paste.
  12. Green chutney is ready.
  13. Now mix radish, green coriander and salt together our salad is ready.
  14. Our ram ladoo is ready for serve.
  15. Now take a serving plate and serve ram ladoo with radish salad and green chutney.
