The ingredients needed to make Quinoa Salad:
  1. Prepare 50 grms Boiled quinoa
  2. Make ready 150 ml water for boiling Quinoa
  3. Take 1 cup sprouted yellow lentil or Moth
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  5. Get 1/4 th cup chopped capcium
  6. Get 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  7. Make ready 1 cup chopped onions

  11. Make ready 1 tbsp mint chutney

Instructions to make Quinoa Salad:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except quinoa. Keep aside.
  2. To cook quinoa take 50grms quinoa in a pot, wash it 4 times to remove bitterness.
  3. In a pressure cooker, cook the quinoa with 150ml water until 1 whistle.
  4. Once the quinoa is cooked, cool it down and mix it with the previously prepared salad mixture and serve.
