  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp Oregano
  23. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
  24. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  25. Get 1 pinch asafoetodia
  26. Get 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps to make Detox Salad (Full Meal):
  1. Take a serving bowl add cucumber, carrot, both of sprouts, tomato, capsicum, boiled Corn,both roasted flour,roasted cumin powder, crushed mint leaves coriander leaves,black pepper, both of salt, Oregano, red chilli flack, raisin. Mix well.
  2. Take a tadka pan add olive oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds & asafoetodia and let them splutter. Add ginger green chilli & curry leaves.mix well. Switch off the gas.
  3. Now pour the tadka in Salad meal. Add lemon juice & mix nicely.
