  1. Prepare 1 cup moong dal
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Moth dal
  3. Prepare 1/3 cup chana(chickpeas)

  6. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  1. Take all pulses wash it and soak for 6/7 hours.
  2. Drain the water and shift it in mulsin cloth and tie a knot and hang it for 8 hours. After some hour pour some water on it.Cloth should not bcm dry.
  3. Now sprouted pulses is ready. Take out from cloth. Now take cucumber and tomatoes.
  4. Take a bowl and pour all pulses, cucumber and tomatoes. Add salt, chat masala, lemon juice and black pepper mix it well. And serve it.
