Steps to make Surf 'n' Turf:

1. If making homemade chips
2. Add the prawns to heated butter in frying pan
3. If making oven chips add them to a preheated oven before cooking the steak
4. Take the prawns off heat and set aside
5. Melt the butter
6. Add the steaks to the frying pan
7. After a minute turn them over
8. Add salt and pepper to the steaks
9. After 3 minutes turn over and repeat with the salt and pepper
10. Fry to whatever you like your steak
