Prepare 2 tbsp ghee
Take 1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)

Get 1 bowl fresh rose petals
Make ready 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Take 1/2 cup grated cashew nuts

Instructions to make Gulab Pak | Katch Special Sweet Recipe:
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add fresh cream. Stir it well. Add 1 bowl milk. Let it boil.
Add milk powder. Stir it well. Stir and cook until mixture starts to thicken. When it turns into a big lump, turn off the flame. Mawa is ready.
Next, Add 1 tbsp ghee into the mawa. Stir it well. Cook it on low flame. Keep stirring and sauté until slightly golden. Turn off the flame and keep it a side.
Next, take 1 bowl milk in a pan. When the milk starts boiling add lemon juice. Keep stirring.
Boil it on low flame. Boil it until it thickens. Add roasted mawa. Mix it well. Stir continuously. Cook it on low flame.
Add sugar. Mix it well. Keep stirring.
Cook until the mixture dries. Add rose petals. Stir it well.
Add cardamom powder. Add cashew nuts and pistachio. Mix it well and turn off the flame.
Transfer in a greased plate. Spread evenly. Garnish with some pistachio, cashew nuts & rose petals. Let it cool.
Cut it in squares. Enjoy tasty Gulab Pak. Store into the airtight container and keep it for 15 days.
