  8. build a fire or fire up the charcoal
  9. the steak need high heat; make sure the coals are very hot.
  10. place steak on grid and turn after 2 minutes
  11. keep it on for another 2 minutes on the other side
  12. turn the steak once again and keep it on each side for another 30-60 seconds
  13. remove and serve with potato bake and asparagus
