Instructions to make Veg Pasta Sizzer:
  1. Cut all veggies length wise and blanch them. Boil penne pasta.
  2. Cut potato length wise and boil till half cooked then dry coat with corn flour and keep in fridge for 10min. take out and fry till golden crisp and sprinkle salt,peri peri masala and fries are ready.
  3. For red sauce in a pan add oil then garlic paste stir for a while then add tomato ketchup and pasta sauce mix it well add little water and mixed herbs when boils add 2sp corn flour slurry and cook till thickens add pepper powder according to taste red sauce is ready.
  4. For white sauce add oil in a pan add 1sp garlic paste cook for a while then add cashew nut powder and milk and mix altogether add salt, pepper,mixed herbs,mayo and mix it well then add 2sp corn flour slurry and cook till thickens white sauce is ready.
  5. For vegetables preparation add spoon oil in a kadai add 2sp white sauce and mixed veggies,cabbage and mix all add salt accordingly.
  6. For pasta preparation add 2sp red sauce and 2sp white sauce to pasta and mix it well add salt pepper if needed.
  7. Now for sizzler heat sizzler plate to red hot then add butter to it arrange cabbage leaves then on one side fries and one side veggies and pasta in centre and pour sauces accordingly and veg pasta sizzler is ready to enjoy.
