  8. Put the leftover egg yolk on the back of a spoon, spread over the surface of each portion. Using a spoon, you can make the surfaces nice and smooth.
  9. Line the baking tray of a oven with aluminum foil, place the sweet potatoes and bake them until browned, and then they are done. It takes about 7 minutes.
  10. They are ready Eat after cooled. The texture and taste is better when they are cooled.
