  9. Make ready 3/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  10. Make ready 1 tsp fennel seeds
  11. Make ready 2 tsp Lemon juice
  12. Make ready As needed - Salt
  13. Prepare Avocado Oil or Canola Oil for cooking
  14. Prepare Optional
  15. Prepare 50 gm Spinach or Kale Leaves, finely chopped
  16. Prepare 2 Green Chillis, finely chopped
  17. Take 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  18. Prepare To add protein
  19. Take 15 gms hemp protein / pumpkin protein powder
  20. Get Equipment used
  21. Prepare Flat skillet, preferably cast iron
  22. Take Flat spatula
Instructions to make Green Lentil & Oat Crepe:
  1. Clean, wash and soak the yellow lentils and green grams in water for 4 to 5 hours. Soak oats separately. After soaking is over, drain the water.
  2. Grind the soaked grains to make a smooth and thick batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency. Pour the batter into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except the oil and stir well to combine. - Check the salt and adjust to suit your taste.
  4. Heat a skillet on medium heat and grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a thin crepe. Drizzle some oil around the centre and the edges of the crepe.
  5. Let it cook well until the base gets light golden brown color. On top of the crepe add chopped onions and chopped spinach while it is half cooked. Flip and cook on the other side.
