  1. Get 1/2 litres milk
  2. Take 2 tbsp custard powder
  3. Take 4 tbsp sugar

  6. Take 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Steps to make Custard Kulfi:
  1. Firstly take 1/4 cup milk in a bowl add custard powder and mix it well. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add remaining milk when it becomes lukewarm add milk powder, mix well and allow it to boil, when it becomes to boil add custard mix. Stir well.
  3. Now add sugar, nuts and bread crumbs. Mix well. Cook it on medium flame till they become thick.
  4. Now allow to cool completely.
  5. After cooling pour the mixture in Kulfi mould and place it into the freezer for 7-8 hours. After 7-8 hours your Kulfi is ready to remove it from Kulfi mould and garnish with some chopped nut and serve it.
