Steps to make Star Pizza:

1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix.allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
2. Now add maida, salt and butter.
3. Knead the dough adding water as required.
4. Tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.
5. Cover rest and rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
6. After 1 hr when your dough gets ready. Roll it in a big sized just like a thick roti.
7. Place a bowl upside down on top of the roti. add the side of the filling by side, don’t put fillings at the edges.Now remove the bowl with the help of a knife.
8. Put some mozzarella cheese above the fillings,& put some olives on it.
9. Now from center-cut it into 8 equals halves & spread some water over it.
10. Lift one part from the center and place it on the border. Similarly, do it for all 8 halves.
11. On a baking plate put some butter, then transfer the star pizza into the baking plate.
12. Bake at 180°c for about 15 - 20 minutes.
13. Here, your Star Pizza is ready,serve hot.
