  2. Get 1 tomato chopped

  1. Roast 2 tablespoon peanuts in 1 teaspoon oil. Keep them aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds. When they start popping, add all the vegetables.
  3. Cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste. Mix well, and then add 1/4th cup of water.
  4. Add chopped bread. Toss it well in the veggies, top up with the peanuts.
  5. Ready to be eaten with a steaming cup of chai
