  4. Pour bread mixture into baking dish and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes.
  5. Portion out and drizzle with syrup.

Easy to make, full of fiber and low in calories. This is my version of bread pudding. There will be just enough of the mix to dip all the pieces, but if you're worried make a tiny bit more. Using spatula, lightly press down on bread to moisten completely. Place foil-covered dish in cold oven.
