  1. Line loaf tin and preheat oven to 180degrees
  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix them till well combined and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar and Margarine/butter
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla essence and whisk more
  5. Add the mashed bananas and oil and whisk, till all is nicely combined.
  6. Fold in half the flour first, thwn the rest of the flour.
  7. Pour them in the loaf tins and sprinkle some peanuts.
  8. Bake for 55-60mins or until well baked and golden brown in colour.
  9. Let it cool completely.
  10. Slice and enjoy.
