Prepare 2 Boneless chicken
Get 1/2 cup yoghurt

Prepare 1 big capsicum
Get 2 medium carrots

Get 1 cup mayonnaise
Take 3 tbsp ketchup
Get 1 tbsp bbq sauce
Prepare 2 cups rice
Instructions to make Bbq rice:
In a pot add 4 cups water,2 tbsp salt and 1 tsp oil.bring to boil, add rice and cook until water dries out.put on dum for 10-15 mins.
In a bowl prepare sauce by adding mayonnaise, ketchup, bbq sauce and pinch of black pepper.
Prepare chicken by adding ingredients from 1 to 6.marinate it for 15 mins and cook.
Now give coal dum and keep it covered until you use it.
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and Stir fry vegetables adding them one by one starting from cabbage, carrots and capsicum.now add soya sauce, red crushed chilli and salt.give it a good mix and keep aside.
Assembling: layer rice, vegetables, bbq chicken, sauce.on top sprinkle some green onion.
